We advise clients on the purchase of new computer hardware and software. BGCI also assists in identifying how to streamline existing business procedures to eliminate inefficiencies.

- Performed successful 2-year mandate involving RFP preparation, vendor selection, contract negotiation and project management to implement JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (Provided consulting to properly configure the Distribution Modules - Sales Order Processing, Purchasing and Inventory. Provided the systems design and specifications for numerous custom modifications to interactive programs and reports. Provided training to the client’s department managers.)
- Performed a 20-month mandate as project manager to assist a client in the implementation of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (Distribution, Finance and Manufacturing, including Configurator)
